First published in book form in 1893, with an 1894 date on the title page, The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes was the second collection of Holmes short stories after The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes. It is presented here as Volume 4 of The Complete Sherlock Holmes Collection, arranged according to the order of original publication.
