Arthur Knight was never a man of God...according to the Other One who sits above him. Under the guise of holiness and his position in the local Catholic church in small-town North Carolina, he's in a power struggle with a tyrannical higher-up who has rigged the church into his own empire. But this personal Vatican that the Other One is running isn't the only thing unknowingly rotting the town on the inside.
When a violent raid on a Satanic cult in the neighboring city of Swanford sets in motion a sinister conspiracy, an estranged group of goth misfits, known as the Vampire KIds by the local townspeople, and a swamped detective are drawn into the fray. But the evil they're chasing, whilst seeking answers to their infinite questions, isn't in the darkness they fear. It's been simultaneously within the church and above, waiting to strike God's flock.

Mexican-American visionary and author H.L. Crowe celebrates the sonic frontier of horror by embracing the grotesque. Pioneering their own path in the genre, Crowe is best known for the sacrilegious "DELIVER US TO EVIL," which catapulted them into the spotlight of authors on the rise.
