Priya Parker is a strategic facilitator with a background in conflict-resolution. Her company Thrive Labs has worked with organizations as varied as MoMA, the World Economic Forum and the International Finance Corporation on strategy, vision and purpose. Parker was a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council in 2013 and a member on the New Models of Leadership's Council on Values. Priya Parker is a facilitator, strategic advisor and the acclaimed author of The Art of Gathering. Trained in the field of conflict resolution, Parker has worked with colleges, corporations, museums, non-profits, political movements, and family businesses in moments of change. Most recently, she advised the Zohran Mamdani campaign on their gathering strategy for a successful New York City mayoral bid. On her popular Substack, GROUP LIFE, Parker teaches practical skills in conflict and connection. She studied organizational design at MIT, public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and political and social thought at the University of Virginia.
