Beschreibung

This book presents the multifaceted impacts of improperly managed dangerous waste on agricultural soil and human health. Different types of hazardous wastes and pollutants are significant factors in human disease. This book presents the multifaceted impacts of improperly managed dangerous waste on agricultural soil and human health. Focusing on environmental degradation, it delves deeply into the consequences of improper waste disposal, highlighting its effects on water pollution, ecosystem imbalance, and risks to human health. It offers a detailed examination of the resultant contamination and its far-reaching implications, emphasizing the need for proper disposal methods. Agricultural soil pollution has inherently been associated with health issues, including the spread of diseases. Managing hazardous waste effectively requires advanced approaches to reduce environmental impact. The book provides a critical review of existing dangerous waste management practices. The text discusses the global gaps in toxic waste management methodologies and their effects on agricultural soil and environmental sustainability. This book investigates the main determinants of residents' waste-sorting behavior and how the approach mainly contributes to it. The findings of this chapter provide policymakers with critical factors for the successful implementation of waste sorting.
The book offers an overview of innovative waste treatment technologies for sustainable agriculture. It evaluates these technologies' efficacy, scalability, and adaptability, discussing their potential to address the challenges in waste treatment to achieve healthy soil. The book assesses current disposal methods and the development of sustainable solutions. It delves into the impact assessment and evaluation of these solutions, promoting a comprehensive understanding of sustainable disposal practices and their significance in mitigating environmental hazards. Providing a cost analysis of waste management, this book explores the economic dimensions of solid waste management. It discusses funding, investment opportunities, and economic impact assessments, offering insights into the financial implications and considerations in implementing waste management practices.
