Journeys from the Viewing Pool

I wouldn't fault you if you thought that it was impossible or highly unlikely that Life exists before being a human being. But I can assure you that Life on Earth is just a reflection of this ethereal world. The difference is, that we are not bound by the limitations of Space and Time. We are Noadiah and Iliana and we shared an Essence within the Wellspring of Life. My love and the other half of our Essence, Iliana, decided that our home was in dire need of a Broader Spectrum of Light. She said that we need to define ourselves, to see what we are made of and what we were not. I was skeptical of such ventures. But truth be known, I didn't want her to leave. I set out to research the effects of this "Light," only to realize that it was futile. After a misstep with a monk on a mountain, I met a man, Joshua, who offered an alternative. We agree to meet later.
After returning from my venture, I realized that the research was still incomplete as to what constituted a Broader Spectrum of Light. Eventually, I found myself back in my favorite haunt, The Argonaut Café, still lamenting that I was unable to reconcile the effects of this "Light" in the final draft of my research papers. A party in good spirits entered the Café, but it wasn't until I heard the voice of Joshua, that I turned around to greet him, only to realize that I'd interrupted their festivities. They invite me to their table, though. That evening was spent listening to their experiences and benefits in taking a Journey to Earth. I can only assume the Journeys that they had taken had something either to do with or were the means to acquire the Broader Spectrum of Light.
The following morning we visited the Viewing Pool. It was there that I met a young woman. Before departing she asked me to place my hand on her heart as she had on mine. She then imbued a part of herself within me and withdrew an equal amount of me into her. Joshua could see that I was mystified by the exchange. He suggested that we retire to his home to discuss the event. I was bewildered by the encounter. Joshua asked if I would be willing to meet a mentor, a man named Tobias. He thought before making a decision perhaps I should stay the night and get a good night's rest.
After that night's rest, and hardy breakfast, we discussed if I had decided to meet Tobias. I said that I had. I didn't tell them, but I felt that perhaps this man could help me find the young woman.
In my relentless pursuit of the young woman from the Viewing Pool, I began to understand the purpose of Journeys to the physical world. But it was only after an evening I spent with Tobias, reliving the Lives that I'd lived without his guidance that I realized; not just that I was defining myself, but I found the means to a Broader Spectrum of Light, which is a state of enlightenment
