Andrew Holt teaches in the Department of War Studies, King's College London, UK. He holds a PhD in History from the University of Nottingham and has held posts at Nottingham and the University of Exeter, UK. Dr Holt has also been elected into an Archives By-Fellowship at Churchill College, Cambridge.
