Die Autorin studierte von 2015 bis 2020 Rechtswissenschaften an der Philipps-Universität in Marburg. Während des Studiums absolvierte sie eine Zusatzausbildung im Medizin- und Pharmarecht. Seit 2017 ist sie an der Professur für Staats- und Verwaltungsrecht von Prof. Dr. Monika Böhm an der Philipps-Universität Marburg beschäftigt - zunächst als studentische Hilfskraft und seit 2020 promotionsbegleitend als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin. Während der Promotion war sie zudem Stipendiatin der Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes. Ihre im Jahr 2024 abgeschlossene Promotion wurde von Herrn Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. dupl. Georg Freund betreut. Seit November 2023 ist die Autorin Rechtsreferendarin am Landgericht Marburg.
