And: How can norms that fail to meet these requirements be identified? At the interface of criminal law dogmatics, methodology, legal theory and constitutional law, this work seeks to answer these questions using the example of the aiding and abetting provision of Section 27 StGB of the German Criminal Code.
Anja Sollacher studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Regensburg. Von 2019 bis 2023 war sie ebendort als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl für Strafrecht, Strafprozessrecht, Internationales Strafrecht und Rechtsphilosophie von Professorin Dr. Katrin Gierhake tätig. Zwischen 2019 und 2021 war sie Vertreterin der wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter im Fakultätsrat. Im WS 2020/21 wurde ihre Konversationsübung im Strafrecht AT von der Fakultät als beste Lehrveranstaltung dieses Semesters ausgezeichnet. Seit April 2023 ist sie Rechtsreferendarin beim Freistaat Bayern. Im Februar 2024 wurde ihr für ihre Dissertation vom Alumni-Verein der Fakultät für Rechtswissenschaft der Universität Regensburg der Juratisbona-Preis verliehen.
