Dr. Anne Paonessa holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction Leadership. She is a full-time speaker and consultant, focusing on improving student attendance, addressing chronic absenteeism, and reducing disruptive behaviors by integrating social structures and connections to enhance learning outcomes. In addition to her consulting work, she is an adjunct professor and provides leadership development training for the Regional Office of Education. Dr. Paonessa has designed and taught graduate-level courses on innovation in instruction and meeting the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse learners.
