There's no denying the world looks different than it did a few months ago. The adjustment is difficult and downright awful at times. I spent many nights with a glass of wine in hand trying to hold it together with all the stress crushing down on my shoulders.
That's why I started my coping journal.
But that name… it's such a negative mindset. To think I'm coping with this situation only made me feel worse. So I decided to change my mindset.

Instead of losing my mind, I decided I'd rather come out of this unique situation empowered. I wanted to try something new; start a business, learn a new hobby, spend more quality time with my family, and I challenged myself to read a book a week-a pleasure I could only dream about before this!
