ETYMA Two

ETYMA II is an undergraduate or advanced high school textbook for English vocabulary-building. It is divided into three parts, beginning with a brief history of foreign words in English, including information on families of languages, the Indo-European relations of English, and the development of the language.

Cecelia Eaton Luschnig is Professor Emerita of Classics at the University of Idaho. She is the author of An Introduction to Ancient Greek, several books on Euripides, and translations of Greek drama.
Lance J. Luschnig is an artist. His photographs have been exhibited in Paris, Athens, Amsterdam, Brussels, the Berlin Book Festival, the Frankfurt Book Festival as well as at galleries in various cities in the U.S. He studied linguistics at Northwestern University.
