'The Economic Activity of Municipalities in the Context of Electromobility. Subsidy Law, Antitrust Law, Municipal Law and Public Procurement Law Issues and Solutions': The subject of the work is the strong regulation of the market in the field of electromobility in germany and asks for a legal basis in view to the transformation of the market. In addition, the market structures in the area of charging infrastructure are analysed in terms of antitrust law and the possibility of duplicating a charging point network is investigated. Finally, proposals for adapting public procurement law to restore subsidiarity under municipal law are put forward.

Portrait

Clara Bülow studierte von 2012 und 2018 Rechtswissenschaft an den Universitäten Trier und Mainz mit den Schwerpunkten Medienrecht sowie Deutsches und Europäisches Kartell- und Wettbewerbsrecht. Das Referendariat absolvierte sie von 2018 bis 2020 am Oberlandesgericht Koblenz, wobei sie u.a. die Anwaltsstation an Rechtsanwaltskanzleien mit Spezialisierung auf Marken- und Wettbewerbsrecht in Frankfurt a.M. und die Wahlstation am Bundeskartellamt in Bonn ablegte. Seit Januar 2021 ist sie Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl von Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Ziekow für Öffentliches Recht an der Deutschen Universität für Verwaltungswissenschaften Speyer.
