Dr. Maria Lapina is Associate Professor of the Department of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics at North Caucasus Federal University, Stavropol, Russia. She has more than 20 years of teaching experience. She received Ph.D. in mathematics from Stavropol State University in 2005 and received an associate professor degree in 2009. She obtained her master's degree in information security. She defended her master's thesis at the North Caucasus Federal University with honors in 2015.
Her research interests include data science, machine learning, big data, cybersecurity, cryptography, trusted artificial intelligence, edu-tech, teacher education, and higher ed. She has published in peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus and WoS. She has more than 100 research papers. She is Active Editorial Board Member for Springer Nature and IGI Global. She is Editor of books titled "Educational Perspectives on Digital Technologies in Modeling and Management".
Dr. G S Prakasha is Associate Professor at School of Education, Christ University Central campus, Bangalore, India. He has 22 years of teaching and research experiences in education. He completed his master’s in education from RIE, Mysore. He received Ph.D. from Bangalore University. He has also completed M.Sc. and M.Phil. He cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) and awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). He is Certified IB Educator in MYP and DP from DePaul University, Chicago, USA. His research interest areas are teacher-education, educational-technology, teaching-learning, and higher education. He has published research articles in peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. He conducts quantitative data analysis workshops and delivers lectures on research and publication. He is Active Editorial Board Member for Sage Open, Springer Nature, Taylor & Francis, and IGI Global. He is actively involved in research activities, which have national and international importance.
Dr. Deepanraj Balakrishnan is Assistant Research Professor at the College of Engineering, Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, Saudi Arabia, currently on leave from Jyothi Engineering College, India. With over 10 years of experience in teaching and research, he has made significant contributions to his field. Dr. Deepanraj has authored more than 200 research articles in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences and holds four Indian patents. He serves as Guest Editor, Editorial Board Member, and Reviewer for numerous international peer-reviewed journals, including those published by renowned publishers such as Elsevier, Springer, and Inderscience. Globally recognized for his contributions to science and engineering, Dr. Deepanraj was featured in the prestigious World Top 2% Scientist List by Elsevier and Stanford University in both 2023 and 2024.
Prof. Natalia Gorbunova is Leading Scientist in the field of IT technologies in education and holds the position of Director of the Humanitarian Pedagogical Academy at Vernadsky Federal University. She actively implements innovative IT solutions in the educational process, contributing to the digitalization of the university. Under her leadership, modern educational programs focused on the use of digital technologies are being developed and implemented. Natalia Gorbunova organizes and conducts international conferences that bring together experts in the field of IT and education to share experiences and best practices. Her research activities include more than 40 publications in publications indexed in Scopus, which highlights the high level of her research. She also directs scientific projects aimed at the research and development of new educational technologies. Under her leadership, more than 10 graduate students successfully defended their dissertations, which testify to her contribution to the training of scientific personnel.
Prof. Walaa H. Elashmawi is Professor at the Faculty of Computer Science, Misr International University, on leave from Suez Canal University, Egypt. She has over 20 years of expertise in computer science, specializing in artificial intelligence, data science and machine learning, meta-heuristic algorithms, and the Internet of Things (IoT). With a Ph.D. in computer science from Hunan University, China (2013), her groundbreaking research on coalition formation in multi-agent systems has established her as a leading figure in her field. She has earned B.Sc. degrees in computer science, from Suez Canal University (2001), and M.Sc. in 2008 from Minufiya University in Egypt.
Throughout her career, Dr. Elashmawi has combined academic excellence with technical innovation, applying advanced optimization techniques, predictive analytics, and swarm intelligence to solve complex problems across various domains. Her contributions to research are reflected in her prolific output, with over 50 peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers.
Dr. Victoriya Taran works as Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Informatics, Vernadsky Federal University, Russia. In 2012 she defended her Ph.D. thesis. From 2003 to 2013 she worked as Associate Professor in the Department of Information Technologies of the European University; since 2014 she has been working as Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Informatics, Vernadsky Federal University. She has more than 150 scientific publications in domestic and international journals/conferences and is Author of two textbooks and three monographs. She has experience in organizing all Russian and international conferences; since 2016 she has been Editor of the collection of scientific papers of the conference «Distance Learning Technologies». Her research interests include distance educational technologies, information security, and modeling of complex systems.
