Debbi and Helen are sisters-in-law and business partners who decided to combine their talents and marry cutting-edge science with the love of simple, delicious, nutritious food in order to give people the information they need to make the right choices about what they should eat.
Debbi Nathan is a qualified Advanced Translational Nutrigenomics Practitioner and certified in Performance Nutrition through ISSA (International Sports Science Association). Before directing her focus to Nutritional Therapy and Nutrigenomics, she ran a private personal training gym in South Africa and also specialised in the supplement and endurance sports arena. 'I am passionate about sharing evidence-based science with my clients so that they can feel better, function better and look better,' she says.
Originally trained in the kitchens at Claridges, Helen Nathan has written three cookery books and appeared on National TV and radio. She has run a cookery school for over 10 years and has recently herself lost 20 kilos. Her passion is teaching people how to make great food. 'I hate bland, boring or badly created recipes that lack flavour and take too long to prepare. My mantra is 'simple, fresh, fast delicious and nutritious.'
