Dimitry Shevchenko is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Ashoka University. He specializes in the history of Indian philosophy, particularly the classical Brahmanical traditions of S--khya, Yoga, and Advaita Ved-nta, but also ventures into contemporary Indian philosophy. He has published in several academic journals and taught at universities and colleges in the US, Israel, and India.
