Epithelial Cell Interactions

This volume will describe a variety of methodologies employed for the study of epithelial cells. These methods include isolating primary cells and generate and maintain organoid cultures; culturing intestinal and renal epithelial cell lines; characterizing epithelial cell polarity and differentiation; and others.

Seema Khurana is a Professor in the Department of Biology and Biochemistry at the University of Houston. He is the author or coauthor of dozens of peer reviewed journal articles. He also edited a volume in the Advances in Molecular and Cell Biology book series devoted to the cytoskeleton.
