Der (versuchte) Prozessbetrug in zivilprozessualen Verfahrensarten

'(Attempted) Fraud in Civil Proceedings. Possibilities of Withdrawal without Penalty by Means of Civil Procedural Options': The special feature of procedural fraud is that any criminal law assessment requires taking into account the specifics of the type of civil proceedings at issue in each individual case. The author examines the material requirements that must be met through the combination of dogmatics-based criminal law assessment and principles of civil procedure law when establishing (attempted) procedural fraud in civil procedures and the conditions under which an offender may abandon the offence without punishment within the scope of his civil procedural options.

Felix Wrocklage studierte Rechtswissenschaften in Bremen und Barcelona. Den juristischen Vorbereitungsdienst absolvierte er unter anderem bei einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei und bei der Ständigen Vertretung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland bei den Vereinten Nationen in Wien. Anschließend war Felix Wrocklage als Richter in einer Großen Strafkammer tätig. Seit 2020 berät er als Rechtsanwalt der international tätigen Wirtschaftskanzlei Gleiss Lutz Unternehmen im Bereich Compliance & Investigations und in allen Bereichen des Wirtschaftsstrafrechts. Während seiner Zeit als Rechtsanwalt promovierte er an der Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel bei RiOLG Prof. Dr. Janique Brüning.
