It tells the story of a group of 8 year olds who fly with their Grandmother to London from New York, to visit a friend who lives in a castle.They learn about airport security, plane travel and, when they get to the other end, the process of Passport Control and Customs. With their British host, they encounter cultural differences , see historical artifacts and then solve a mystery. At the same time, they learn about time zone changes and why it is still light at 9PM in Britain in the summer!
The author is a retired teacher who put it together during Covid for her grandchildren aged 7-11, who have given it their stamp of approval!
