Joris Bijdendijk is the executive chef of restaurants RIJKS and Wils, both awarded with a Michelin star, and Wils Bakery Café, awarded with a Bib Gourmand. He is a columnist for Het Parool and the author of several successful cookbooks.
Samuel Levie is a chef and sausage maker with Brandt & Levie and a writer of successful cookbooks and a culinary column for Het Parool that has been running for over ten years. He has also made culinary podcasts. He is best described as a culinary jack-of-all trades who uses food to make the world a little bit better.
