As CEO of Solari Crisis & Human Services, he has dedicated more than two decades to advancing compassionate and effective care for individuals in crisis. Drawing on his experience as a licensed social worker, nonprofit executive, and leadership strategist, Justin brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and organizational vision to his work. His leadership is guided by a deep belief in empathy, authenticity, and purpose as essential forces for positive change.In Heart-Led Leadership, Justin shares practical strategies and inspiring stories from the front lines of leadership, offering a framework for creating resilient, values-driven teams in today's challenging and rapidly evolving world.
