Anna Karenina

"Anna Karenina" is the most famous work of one of the world's greatest writers, the Russian novelist and thinker L.N. Tolstoy (1828-1910). The novel tells the story of the tragic love between the married Anna Karenina and the brilliant officer Alexei Vronsky. Equally compelling is the subplot of the complex relationship between Levin and Kitty. The writer reinforces his observation: "All happy families are alike; each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way."
