»The Child and Youth Pornography Crimes in the Age of New Media«: This thesis examines the criminal grounds used to justify the criminal liability of child and youth pornography crimes in the age of new media. For this purpose, the perpetrators, their motivation, and the victims have been examined. Lukas Roser studierte von 2013 bis 2018 an der Universität Konstanz. Nach der Ersten juristischen Prüfung absolvierte er das Rechtsreferendariat am Landgericht Konstanz, welches er mit Bestehen der Zweiten juristischen Prüfung 2020 abschloss. Im Anschluss daran verfasste er seine Dissertation an der Universität Konstanz. Seit 2022 ist Lukas Roser als Rechtsanwalt zugelassen und in einer internationalen Großkanzlei tätig.
