Thirty years ago, Josie Masters, then an eight-year-old girl, witnessed the kidnapping of seven-year-old Dylan Jones. The boy was taken by the hand right during the fair carnival by a clown with red hair. Josie tried to get the attention of others, but when she finally succeeded, it was too late. The clown and Dylan are gone. The boy was never found. Years later, police detective Josie Masters still feels guilty about not being able to save the boy.
