The implementation laws fell short of the EU requirements, particularly with regard to the 'once-only principle' of the SDG Regulation. The strategy for a digital single market was not sufficiently addressed. In many cases, easy improvements would be possible and the vision of an online template formation without a notary for simple cases is feasible.

Maximilian Mense schreibt und berät im Bereich Legal-/GovTech und Venture Capital. Nach dem Studium in Münster arbeitete er bei einem LegalTech-Startup in Berlin. Er promovierte zur Onlinemustergründung an der Universität Leipzig und war wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Hasso-Plattner-Institut, einer renommierten Digital-Engineering-Fakultät in Potsdam. Dort arbeitete er mit Studenten und Startups zu Fragen im Bereich Legal-/GovTech und zur (Online-)Gründung von Gesellschaften. Während des Referendariats am KG Berlin war er für eine der führenden VC Kanzleien tätig und absolvierte die Wahlstation bei einer Kanzlei an der New Yorker Wallstreet, wo er u.a. Startups bei der Kapitalaufnahme im US-Markt und bei 'US-Flips' unterstützte.
