Schizophrenic Philosophy

It's a story of a mental patient who has a psychiatric disorder 'Schizophrenia'. From the onset of his psychiatric illness, his life was full of ups and downs but mostly downs. The name of his character is Rohit. He was in the USA to pursue his Master of Public Health MPH degree program from 1993 to 1995. While studying in the USA, he was put under stress of financial needs and study for MPH and United States Medical Licensing Examination USMLE. Just then his psychiatric manifestations started to express. He had a hard time coping with his requirements. He was unbelievably handsome. His extraordinary look attracted many American white women and brown Indians. His voice was nice and attractive too. His style of talking was mesmerizing too. He was caught in the net of many pretty girls that was difficult for him to unwind by himself. He fell into cultural shock in the USA. This cultural shock pushed him to the last margin of his life in the USA. He used to like a native Bengali lady from his medical college student life. This lady migrated to the USA and a drama started with her that ended in fiasco. After a long struggle with his psychiatric illness, Rohit managed to graduate from his MPH degree program after three years. In the later part of three years, Rohit had to face police action for an offence due to his mental health problems. Eventually, he had to leave the USA for his native country Bangladesh. In Bangladesh, he was treated with anti-psychotic medicines by psychiatrics. His sickness was brought under control with several relapses though. His self-esteem and confidence level were extremely low because of the medicines he used to take. He managed jobs in medical college and in development fields, that is NGOs with many downs and spells of unemployment. He got married at the age of thirty-four years having conjugal and sex life disharmony because of side effects of anti-psychotic medicines he had to intake. He was able to ascend to a high level of office positions despite his severe mental illness. He became the father of two sons despite his erectile dysfunctions. At some point, he started a part-time GP as a primary care physician, where he faced politics that made him vulnerable several times. His philosophical intuition flourished after his forty years of age and he started to think about the universe, multiverse, science, society, and religions. He developed many philosophical insights from then. His last project was prematurely ended. He was in his sixties then. He failed to find any decent job from then. NGO Job market was in very bad shape due to non-funding of USAID and UKaid. He had plenty of free time and no income then. Then Rohit wrote a novel in English for a global audience. This is how schizophrenic Rohit's life evolved from a public health professional to GP to a writer.
