The first part, up to page 58, consists of childhood memories and life in a nomadic village. This is followed by stories of events and adventures in the village, which continue up to page 153. The stories in these first three sections are highly cinematic, playing out like film scenes in the reader's mind. You can read most of them to your child. The remainder of the book, up to page 206, is a collection of provocative essays on topics ranging from language and ideology to community and healthy living.

About the Author: The author was born in 1965 in Diskaya, a small village of Gürsu in Bursa, Türkiye. He completed his primary education in his hometown, graduated from Bursa Imam Hatip High School in 1983, and earned his degree in Food Science and Technology from Uludag University in 1987.
Over the years, he worked as a manager in various departments—production, quality control, sales, planning, costing, customer relations, procurement, and foreign trade. These diverse experiences gave him a rare, holistic perspective on life and work.
Upon retirement, he turned to writing to share his knowledge and reflections. "Wisdom of Nomad" is his first book, while his upcoming work will focus on economics. He speaks English fluently, is married, and has two children.
Wisdom of Nomad is not a tale of victories, but of endurance. It tells the legendary stories of the Yoruk people—self-reliant, resilient, and bound together in the harsh mountains of Anatolia.
