The Undys: On the Move

Have you ever caught a muddy ball between your teeth? Or raced an out-of-control shopping trolley? Or sniffed something so smelly it made you fall over? These are just a few of the fun and amazing things Dad and I got up to while we were looking for a new place to live. That is right, we had to find a whole new home! Can you guess why? To find out, maybe you should . . . pull up your socks and get into these UNDYS!
As always, the pace is frenetic, the humour is laugh-out-loud and the reader is encouraged by short chapters and an End of Chapter Reward Scheme which provides inducements such as word puzzles, join the dots, how to draw an excellent face, and a picture puzzle.

Michael Wagner (Author)
Michael Wagner is a children's author, speaker and storyteller. He writes for early childhood and for older children, and runs the publishing venture Billy Goat Books. Some of his most-loved picture books include Why I Love Footy, Why I love Summer and Dirt by Sea illustrated by Tom Jellett.
Prior to becoming a children's author, Michael played in a band that almost became famous, spent ten years working as a radio broadcaster with the ABC, wrote and produced award-winning animation for television, and wrote and performed comedy.
Gus Gordon (Illustrator)
Gus Gordon is an internationally acclaimed illustrator and author. He has illustrated and written over 80 books for children. His illustrations are known for their loose and energetic line work, mixed media and humour. His writing is always anthropomorphic. He attributes this to his love of Kenneth Grahame's Wind in The Willows.
Gus's first picture book, Wendy, was a Notable Book in the 2010 Children's Book Council of Australia (CBCA) Picture Book of the Year Awards.
His second picture book, Herman and Rosie, now published in twelve countries, has been internationally acclaimed and awarded.
Somewhere Else was published by Penguin Random House Australia in 2016 and has won many awards internationally, including a 2017 CBCA Notable book and 2017 book of the year for 5-8 year olds in the Speech Pathology book awards in Australia.
