The fool Mr. Rabia

In this historical novel, the reader is transported to a bygone era, where customs, traditions and causes of wars differed. The author narrates, in a fictional framework, the story of one of the knights of the Arab tribe of "Taghlib" and one of the most important heroes of the pre-Islamic era, "Udayy ibn Rabi'ah", nicknamed "Al-Muhalhil" or "Al-Zeer". The novel revolves around the "Basus War", which took place between the tribe of "Taghlib" and the tribe of "Bakr" and lasted for nearly forty years. Its events, which are tinged with fantasy, begin in a calm atmosphere before the beginning of the war and after the killing of "Kulaib ibn Rabi'ah Al-Taghlabi", and the events continue in the successive chapters of the book with more suspense until the end. Where the hero who was famous for his resonant poems of pride and revenge died.
