Introducing Discrete Random Processes, the definitive textbook for students and professionals in electrical engineering and related fields. This book is your gateway to understanding and applying the principles of random signals in discrete-time systems.
Why this book?
Bridging Theory and Practice: Seamlessly connects foundational concepts in probability and stochastic processes with practical, real-world engineering applications.
Comprehensive Toolkit: Master essential analytical tools like the Z-transform, DTFT, and FFT, then apply them to advanced topics like Markov and Poisson processes, spectral analysis, and the Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process.
Learn by Doing: Solidify your knowledge with a wealth of solved examples and challenging end-of-chapter problems.
Broad Relevance: Discover the power of discrete random processes in fields ranging from digital communications and Kalman filtering to financial modeling and image denoising.
Discrete Random Processes is more than a textbook—it's a complete learning experience designed to equip you with the skills needed for success in modern engineering and applied sciences
