Allium - A simple word, a humble plant, endless sorrow.
And yet within its sharpness and tenderness lies the whole experience of being human:
tears and flavor, grief and nourishment, loss and renewal.
Allium gathers poems of mourning, love, and longingof searching and finding ones own path. Between the lines, moments of hope flicker, of quiet strength and re-creation. Each poem is like a layer being peeled awaysometimes bitter, sometimes sweet, always true.
This collection invites the reader to pause, to breathe, and to hear an echo of their own emotions. For where there is pain, there is also transformation. Where there is loss, something new begins to grow.

Öznur Bakan wurde in Frankfurt am Main geboren und studiert derzeit Humanmedizin. Neben ihrer Leidenschaft für die Heilkunst widmet sie sich seit vielen Jahren dem Schreiben. Besonders in der Poesie findet sie Ausdruck und Inspiration. Ihre Werke laden dazu ein, Gefühle in ihrer Tiefe wahrzunehmen und ihnen Raum zu geben - mal zart und feinfühlig, mal kraftvoll und schonungslos ehrlich.
