PC Coker, a University of South Carolina graduate of 1964, has led a remarkable life. Beginning his career as a US Navy destroyer officer from August 1965 to March 1968, Coker then transitioned into the financial world, serving as a bank analyst from 1968 to 1971. Despite these shifts, he has consistently maintained a passion for real estate investment, a venture he has pursued from 1968 to the present day. In his spare time, Coker finds satisfaction in building ship models, reflecting his enduring love for naval service. His unique blend of experiences inspired his book, From Sailor to Midshipman.
