My Lujiawan Diary

The diary of a Chinese history professor which was written in the year of 1958-1959 during the Great Leap Forward period. He was working as a university lecturer at the time and was sent to the Lujiawan village for ideological reform through manual labor.

Qingyang Liu (1925-2019), was the history professor of Northwest University, member of The Chinese Society on Ming Dynasty History, and member of Shaanxi Research Institute of Culture and History. He worked on Chinese ancient history, Chinese ancient Economic and Social History, and History of Ming and Qing Dynasty.
