'Constitutional Change and Fundamental Rights. An Investigation from an Institutional Perspective': The investigation addresses constitutional change induced by the Federal Constitutional Court ('Verfassungswandel'). It approaches constitutional change with regard to fundamental rights from a new, institutional perspective focusing on the relations between the Federal Constitutional Court and the constitutional legislator. In the course of this, the investigation aims at building bridges between diverging concepts of constitutional theory and legal methodology as well as theory and practice.
Sarah Dersarkissian studierte von 2014 bis 2019 Rechtswissenschaft an der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf. Anschließend war sie als Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der dortigen Professur für Öffentliches Recht bei Prof. Dr. Lothar Michael tätig. Seit 2023 ist sie Rechtsreferendarin im Oberlandesgerichtsbezirk Düsseldorf.
