The Killer in the Choir

When Carole Seddon dutifully attends a former colleague's funeral, she couldn't have predicted that the deceased's daughter would use the occasion to publicly accuse her stepmother of murder. Deciding to investigate, Carole's neighbor, Jude, joins the Fethering community choir and discovers that one of the choristers is hiding a deadly secret.

Simon Brett worked as a producer in radio and television before taking up writing full-time. As well as the Fethering mysteries, he is the author of the much-loved Charles Paris series and the Mrs Pargeter novels. He lives in an Agatha Christie-style village in the South Downs. In 2014 he won the CWA's prestigious Diamond Dagger for an outstanding body of work, and in 2016 he was awarded an OBE for services to literature.
