The Liar in the Library

When a talk by successful author Burton St Clair at Fethering Library ends in sudden, violent death, Jude finds herself the prime suspect in the ensuing murder investigation. She must enlist the help of her neighbour Carole not just to solve the crime, but to prove she didn?t commit it.

Simon Brett worked as a producer in radio and television before taking up writing full-time. As well as the Fethering mysteries, he is the author of the much-loved Charles Paris series and the Mrs Pargeter novels. He lives in an Agatha Christie-style village in the South Downs. In 2014 he won the CWA-s prestigious Diamond Dagger for an outstanding body of work.
