Through the years I have read these books twice each year, in various translations, and languages; growing in my understanding and appreciation of God and man.
That men from the Iron Age could write words that still affect the hearts, lives and eternal desires of mankind in this Technological Age; shows that we are all the same, with the same desires, dark times, good times, family issues, prayers, groans, praise and exuberant times. Technology or the eons change not in how the race of men corresponds and relates to the Almighty, their Creator and Father.
I write this volume to express my thoughts I have gleaned on The Psalms through my 50 years of reading.
But may these gleanings I have written bless and encourage you to know God our Father deeper and higher. May you get to experience the "higher praise" Paul wrote of in Ephesians 1.
Writing this book, writing my thoughts and meditations I have gleaned from this Bible book over the past 50 years, has caused me to see and experience the majesty and wonder of God my Father so much bigger. To see His hand intimate in my life, to see His work to move me forward and onward along the path He has for me, to trust Him more and walk closer and desire to walk even closer.
May the reading of this book bless you and cause you to desire a deeper, closer walk with God, Jesus, His only Son through the Person of the Holy Spirit.

I write under a pseudonym to maintain some privacy and to be free to write with fewer distractions.
I've lived all over the world and presently make my home in wonderful Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
I began as a high school teacher (History), and taught in private schools around the world. I moved on up to becoming a university professor and taught in American universities.
I taught English as a Second Language and enjoyed it immensely. I directed programs and schools.
I write because I have stories and words in me. I do not want to die with the words still in me.
I write many genres and ideas.
I am single right now in this life; but I count myself lucky and blessed to have loved and been loved.
