Dr. David K. Hatch earned a bachelor’s in psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and a doctorate in social-organizational psychology from Brigham Young University. He then taught for the University of Maryland’s European Division in Germany, prior to working in corporate education with Dr. Stephen R. Covey.
