The Gods Must Burn

Basuin is a disgraced army captain, haunted by the pain, loss and mistakes of long ago battles. His commander Kensy, brings him on for one more mission: to aid in capturing a god. When Kensy trains his gun on innocent wolf pups, Basuin dives in the way. The Wolf God, impressed by his sacrifice, deifies Basuin for one simple task: protect the forest and its beautiful, sharp-tongued god from the legion's deforestation. But the God of the Forest would rather watch him burn. To fulfil his duty he must build her trust and stand against his own people.
