'Rights of Nature. A Comparative Legal Analysis with a Particular Focus on the Rights of Rivers': The book examines Rights of Nature as adopted in the United States, Ecuador, Bolivia, New Zealand and Colombia, with a particular focus on the Rights of Rivers. It looks at six crosscutting aspects: the sources of law, the holders of the rights, the content of the rights granted, the conditions for limitations, the designation of legal representatives, and the possibilities for legal enforcement. Tina Rametsteiner studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Wien und Menschenrechte und Demokratisierung am European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratisation in Venedig und Bilbao. Anschließend arbeitete sie in verschiedensten Nichtregierungsorganisationen im Umwelt- und Menschenrechtsbereich, Rechtsanwaltskanzleien, sowie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im österreichischen Parlament. 2023 promovierte sie bei Univ.-Prof.in Dr.in Verena Madner an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien. Seit 2024 ist sie als Universitätsassistentin PostDoc an der Sigmund Freud PrivatUniversität Wien tätig.
