Beschreibung

The Seven Kingdoms of Perdition is an epic fantasy saga that unfolds in a fractured world once ruled by the noble Nourinar dynasty. Their reign ended in betrayal and cataclysm, scattering the seven legendary Stones of Light-artifacts that upheld peace and balance-across the kingdoms. Each stone fell into the hands of a ruler who became warped by its corrupted power, turning their lands into reflections of their personal curses.
The story follows Laith, a young blacksmith from the soot-choked city of Aldr in the Iron Kingdom. He lives a life of grueling labor and quiet disillusionment under the oppressive reign of King Malakor-until a chance encounter with a mysterious nobleman and a hidden symbol changes everything. Haunted by visions of a seven-rayed sun and guided by the cryptic words of an old seer named Eliara, Laith learns that he bears the Mark of the Dawnbringer. According to prophecy, he is the lost heir to the Nourinar bloodline, destined to recover the Stones of Light and break the ancient curse.
Forced to flee Aldr after the king's brutal enforcer, the Butcher, hunts him down, Laith's journey begins in the Whispering Woods, a living forest that whispers fears and preys on the mind. There, he meets Rhea, a fierce huntress with her own scars, who becomes his reluctant ally. Together, they survive the forest's illusions and claim the Stone of Solitude, which teaches Laith to listen to his true inner voice.
Their quest takes them through the Sunken Kingdom of Lyra, where endless rain drowns the people in despair. Crossing the Weeping Marshes with the help of a ferryman who demands a happy memory as payment, they confront Queen Isadora, whose grief floods her realm. With the Stone of Sorrow, Laith grants her a fleeting moment of clarity and wins her blessing to continue his mission.
In the Golden City of Serephos, a realm gilded in wealth but poisoned by paranoia, they face the Whisper King, Valerius, whose Stone of Truth has been twisted to breed lies and suspicion. With cunning, empathy, and courage, Laith frees the king from his madness and adds the third stone to his growing collection.
The three stones reveal a vision of Nour, the fallen central kingdom-the heart of the curse. As Laith and Rhea journey into the Scour-lands, they witness the world's raw, unstable magic twisting the land into impossible shapes. Here, the four remaining corrupted monarchs converge, their monstrous forms drawn to the power Laith now wields. But a greater truth awaits: Alaric, the spectral guardian of the first stone, reveals himself as the true architect of the centuries-long game-a former prince who sought to destroy magic entirely and manipulate the prophecy to his own ends.
In a final act of defiance, Laith rejects both the restoration of the old empire and the destruction of magic. Instead, he shatters the Stones of Light, scattering their essence across the world so that every soul receives a fragment of their power. Magic is no longer the domain of kings-it belongs to all. The act consumes him, transforming him into pure light, leaving Rhea to carry his legacy into a world freed from the grip of the Seven Kingdoms' curses.
The Seven Kingdoms of Perdition blends high-stakes adventure, moral complexity, and deep emotional resonance. It is a story of resistance against tyranny, the dangers of concentrated power, and the quiet heroism of choosing a better path when both choices seem doomed.
