Nous avons comparé trois modalités thérapeutiques: l'antibiothérapie seule, associée au traitement percutané et associé au traitement chirurgical. Le traitement percutané associé à l'antibiothérapie constitue le traitement le mieux adapté aux abcès hépatiques à pyogène dans notre étude. Il doit être indiqué en première intention, en dehors des facteurs prédictifs d'échec.
