-he purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between transformational school leadership, collective efficacy and teacher's self-efficacy. 400 teachers from primary and secondary public schools from Ioannina participated in the study. They were selected with the method of stratified sampling. The teachers completed the -eacher Sence of Efficacy Scale (TSES, 2001), the Principal Leadership Questionnaire (PLQ, 1996) and the Perceived Collective Teacher Efficacy Scale (PCTES, 2007) that were checked for the validity and their reliability. Descriptive statistics, hierarchical double regression analysis, one way ANOVA, independent samples t-test and pearson correlation (r) were used for the control of the research questionnaires and hypotheses.
