The Golden Eagle and the Parakeets

A children's story set in the heart of a London allotment, brimming with excitement and encounters with parakeets, neighboring allotment holders, and an enchanted eagle.

I was inspired by my allotment to write this children's book. One day, while I was there clearing and tidying up my vegetable beds, I suddenly heard a loud noise and then saw a flock of birds flying over my plot. Intrigued, I started to follow them, and that's when my imagination and creativity began to weave this story.It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I share my story and recipes with children all around the world. I am a cookery teacher and I love being creative with food as well as creating healthy food ideas for children. I hope this book inspires young minds to explore their creativity in the kitchen and beyond.
