Anna Marie and the Puzzling Pieces by Gino Hallidy A challenging quest is set for a little girl named Anna Marie and her friend Charles who happens to be a calico cat. Anna Marie and Charles team up to search for the components needed for a concoction that will hopefully free Charles's kidnapped kittens from a time bubble they have been imprisoned in. The kittens are fine so far, but if the evil Coldy-Coldy finds them before Charles and Anna Marie can complete their mission, the consequences will be terrible! Fans of The Little Prince and Gulliver's Travels will love this glimpse into the fantastical world of childhood imagination which is too quickly chiseled away and frozen over by the real world.
Gino Hallidy is an award-winning short story writer from Sumter, South Carolina based in Portland, Oregon.
