Bu eserde saglik profesyonellerinin küresel göcüne dönük temel bilgiler sunulmakta, bu sürecin alici ve gönderici ülkeler icin nasil basarili bir hale getirilebilecegine iliskin stratejiler tartisilmaktadir. Küresel ve ulusal aktörlerin siyasi, ekonomik ve sosyal sorumluluguna dikkat cekilmektedir. Saglik profesyonellerinin göc alan ülkelerde is kosullari irdelemekte, dilsel, kültürel ve diploma denkligi sorunlari üzerinde cözüm yollari gösterilmektedir. Ayrica hemsireligin sosyal sistemdeki stratejik önemi bu eserde ele alinmakta, dört ülke kökenli uzmanlarin arastirmalariyla mevcut zorluklara, egilimlere ve tahminlere dönük genel bir bakis sunulmaktadir. The rapid change in digitalization and information technology has further updated the global mobility of healthcare professionals. The need for them is briskly increasing due to reasons such as the aging of the population, the increase in chronic diseases, and the evolution of intergenerational social ties to a different dimension. In addition to the fact that the current numbers are not sufficient to meet this need, there are also significant differences in their distribution among countries and regions. In this work, basic information about their global migration is presented and strategies on how to make this process successful for recipient and sending countries are discussed. Attention is drawn to the political, economic, and social responsibility of global and national actors. Health professionals are examined in the migrant countries and solutions are shown on linguistic, cultural, and diploma equivalence problems. In addition, the strategic importance of nursing in the social system is discussed in the work, and an overview of experts from four countries.
