Transborder Fugitives, Extradition, and Political Crimes in Modern China

This book examines how the concept of political crime evolved in modern China, not only from a domestic legal point of view, but as a transborder legal and diplomatic process open to interpretation and maneuvering by both state authorities and the broader transborder population.
