Luiz Cláudio Avallone Belo was born in the city of Rio de Janeiro where he has lived since then. He works as an administrative agent for the Ministry of Health. He became fond in creating stories in high school when he had to create small narratives. He published the novel "Human Catastrophe," a story that was shelved more than ten years ago. The novel is a remake of him own novel finished several years ago, where were made alterations of situations and additions of characters.
