Andreas Ohligschläger leads a dogs daycare centre with group management, where every day he has the opportunity to observe how dogs communicate with one another. In his book he wants to demonstrate new ways of fostering more understanding between people and dogs in order to allow better appreciation of one another. His philosophy: through nature, people learn to establish a connection to the roots of life. By strategic observation of their animals, dog owners begin listening to their gut feelings and to trust their instincts once again. Andreas Ohligschläger leitet in der Nähe von Aachen eine der größten Hundetagesstätten Deutschlands: das "Revier für Hunde". Davor war er viele Jahre im Tierschutz und als Dogwalker tätig.
