Klimaschutz und Instrumente zur Umsetzung klimapolitischer Ziele in der EU

Therefore, the European Union developed a marked based emission trading system in 2002. The system-s frame, de jure and politically, is in the focus of the first chapter. Furthermore, the trading system-s development in Europe and in collaboration with the Kyoto protocol will be described. Thereupon, the system-s advantages and disadvantages are discussed and alternative systems are highlighted. At the very end, there is space for several problems facing the future as well as for a short resumption.
