Born in Roanoke, Virginia, USA, in 1953, Brad Burkholder is a life-long poet not given much to publication. He studied at James Madison University, the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Hollins University and has taught at James Madison University and Virginia Western Community College. Also, I have been a Christmas tree producer and a horse breeder. He lives in Bedford, VA.
